Titus Cramer, Vice President, Asset Management

Titus joined The Kane Company in March 2022 as Senior Property Manager. Titus manages 1.3 Million square feet of office and industrial space throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. His responsibilities include daily portfolio management, development oversight, budgeting, lease analysis, investor reporting and tenant improvement project oversight.

Titus joined The Kane Company with 15 years of property management experiences, most recently as Direction of Management Services at Evergreen Management.

Titus received his BA in Political Science from the University at Albany.
