Kelsey Kraus, Chief Operating Officer

Kelsey joined The Kane Company in March 2020 and oversees the Property Management Division. Kelsey manages 1.4 million square feet of office and industrial space. Her responsibilities include daily management of her portfolio, budgeting, lease analysis, investor reporting as well as oversight of tenant improvement projects.

Prior to joining The Kane Company Inc., Kelsey worked in Global Real Estate Portfolio Management at Bose Corporation and as an Asset Manager at Talcott Realty Investors.

Kelsey received her BA in Political Science with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Connecticut Graduate School of Business. Kelsey holds the LEED Green Associate designation issued by the U.S. Green Building Council and is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program. She received the 2014 Early Career Alumni of the Year Award by the UCONN Real Estate Center.

Kelsey is a Board Member of the Prescott Park Arts Festival. She resides in Portsmouth with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog, Murphy. On the weekends, you can find her at the local farmer’s market and spending time outside. In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining, reading, and golf.
