Channing Parent, Senior Facilities Technician

Channing has been part of The Kane Company since 2019 as a Facilities Technician. He was promoted to Senior Technician in 2024 and has over a decade of experience working in property maintenance, with a strong background in building trades, and a certification in HVAC.

As part of the construction and facilities team, he is responsible for tenant service requests, management of vendors and contractors, and performing general maintenance on over 640,000 sf of commercial space throughout the Kane portfolio.

He lives in Maine and spends his free time seeing live bands and playing competitive golf. He is also a beer enthusiast who likes to try new releases from the local craft breweries of Maine and New Hampshire.
